Vision:
To drive sustainable growth, innovation and excellence in Penang's furniture industry, while protecting the environment and promoting social responsibility.

Mission:

  1. To foster excellence in craftsmanship, design and manufacturing within the Penang furniture industry. Organize or participate in domestic and international trade fairs and study tours to ensure the industry's products are known globally for their quality.
  2. To support members in adopting environmentally friendly and efficient production methods, sourcing renewable materials and complying with business ethics to promote the sustainable growth of the industry.
  3. Act as a strong advocate for the industry at the local and national level, working with government agencies, industry partners and stakeholders to address challenges and promote opportunities.
  4. Provide educational resources, and training skills development programs to empower members with professional competencies and develop skilled workers of the future.
  5. Encourage responsible resource management and waste minimization. Promote renewable and environmentally friendly materials. Commit to environmental stewardship and responsibility.
  6. Actively engage and give back to the local community by supporting charitable programs and social projects that benefit the people of Penang.
